Horse and Rider Fitness

s
While riding is good exercise, exercise is good for riding.  It doesn't matter if you are a dressage rider, show jumper, barrel racer, or someone who loves to trail ride on weekends, improving your overall fitness will benefit your riding.

This sport of ours takes stamina, balance, flexibility, strength and suppleness not just for our horses, but for us too.  We are always paying attention to these things for our equine partner, but are we taking care of those things for us as well?  How much time do you devote to your horse's fitness and nutrition??

What About You?

As riders, we are always thinking about how to keep our horses in the best shape possible in order for them to have long, productive, happy lives.  We want them to be able to perform at their best and minimize their risk of injury not matter whether cantering through a field or cantering around a course.

Now, how much time do you devote to you in these areas?  As a rider, are you taking care of you so you can perform at your best for your horse?  Shouldn't your horse expect the same commitment from you to take care of yourself?.

But How

Do you often think about getting in better shape or dropping those few extra pounds you picked up on vacation or over the holidays?

But you are busy!  Where is the time for it?  There's no time for the gym.  You can't afford a personal trainer and you wouldn't know where to start on your own.  I know!
That was me too!

So I don't.  Nope...I don't go to the gym.  I found something better.  I workout at home, or at the barn.  I use on demand workouts on my phone.  That's right, my personal, expert trainer, is in my phone.  That way I workout when I want, and where I want.  No classes to catch.  No standing in the gym trying to decide what move or machine to do next.  It's cookie cutter.  I just do what I am told, and get great results. Typically in 30 minutes or less.

Wouldn't an affordable no brainer, at home program be perfect?

But I have Tried And Never
Stuck With It.

Wouldn't having your own personal, online coach help you stay motivated and on track.  What if I could add you to our online group?  There, in an app, you would get tons of support and encouragement from a group of women all working for similar goals.  We share recipes and strategies.  We celebrate successes, we lift each other up, and dust each other off in this process.  It's not about perfection, it's about consistency.
