Horses for Sale

We periodically offer quality horses for sale.  I believe in honesty when selling or buying a horse.  I'm a busy person and it doesn't do me any good to misrepresent a horse.  Horse shopping can be very time consuming, I do not believe in wasting your time, or mine, by being dishonest about the abilities, temperament, or personality of the horses we offer for sale.  They are what we say they are, and they are priced fairly. 

Periodically we also have horses available for lease. 

We hope you will stop in from time to time and see what we have to offer.

Secret

Secret is a 14.0 hand, coming 5 year old gelding.  As a youngster, he does much better when he is kept busy.  He is available for half-lease.  Because of his age, he is suitable for an intermediate level rider or above.  He is young, so he still does baby stuff once in a while and will occasionally test his boundaries.  All in all he is a very sweet, kind young man who loves attention and grooming.  He tries really hard, and learns quickly.  He is only for half lease because he will continue to be lightly used in our lesson program.  Because of his age we have not yet started any jumping with him but his dressage basics are really coming along.  Just a big puppy dog that needs a person to spend lots of time with him.

Private Jackie

  
Jackie is a 15.3 hand, 6 year old, grey, registered Thoroughbred mare.  She is very sweet, likes attention and has a very willing attitude.  She tries very hard to please and learns quickly. 

A pleasure to work around in the barn, Jackie has great ground manners for us, the farrier and the vet.  She leads, longes, cross ties, loads onto the trailer easily, and is good for baths.  She is very social with people, enjoys being groomed, and is very affectionate and gentle.  Turns out alone or in small group. 

Under saddle she is a lovely mover with a great attitude about work.  She learns quickly, has good common sense, is very level headed and is not spooky.
